This place is beyond trash. Cracks in all the walls, holes in the floors, every piece of plumbing has broken at least once, there are CONSTANT cockroaches and ants. Maintenance has had to come fix something in my unit nearly every single week that we've lived here. Windows are doors are drafty as hell, cannot keep the unit cool or warm, costing us way too much in energy bills. RecommendedI can’t say enough great things about my apartment and the staff! I’ve never had an issue or request that wasn’t responded to with the upmost urgency! Bob came the other day within an hour of my request and even brought my dog some goodies too! I also asked him to do a couple extra things while he was here, to which he happily agreed.
