Timely weekend response for any maintenance issues. Michael was extremely helpful when my AC needed some work and got the AC back on for my unit in less than an hour. Building maintenance is extremely responsive!
Camden Fairfax Apartments is located in Fairfax Corner. The units are nice and spacious and has a lot of charm. It also has a lot of greenery which I enjoyed looking out at from my balcony. What sold me was the fact that the apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to the Government Center, Ruth’s Chris and a couple of the Great American restaurants (Ozzie’s is my favorite!). Lived here 2019-2021. Unpleasant management experience. Don't recommend Edit to add: I absolutely did live here 2019-2021. I have my lease and my lease renewal to prove it. Be very skeptical of anything management tells you as I'm not sure why they would lie about this.
Beware! my motorcycle got stolen 2 weeks ago from the underground garage and there’s only one camera in the hole parking lot and reviewing the footage it’s appears to be a big process Black Yamaha R7 2024
