everything was in order and neat and clean when I moved in. I also got a free pizza and some toiletries left for me. the grounds are neat and the maintenance people are always visible riding around the grounds to make sure people are being respectful to the rules of the property. I do not see trash laying around, the pool is beautiful and lit up at night with colors. Tonight I came home and the office staff was waiting at the entrance to give out free pizzas again. So far I really like this place.
Customer Service is exceptional and is the Best. The maintenance is awesome and the supervisor Tony And Julio has The Best customer Service ever! They always smiling and cares about my every maintenance issue. Thank you Guys :)

I've lived here for over 2 years and love it. The icing on the cake was/is my fur baby Fonzie being voted 'pet of the month'. Thank you for the goodies! Fonzie loves Camden Dunwoody (think of his barks at you as barks of affirmation) too.
