RecommendedI recently went with my boyfriend to tour this property and had a great experience! Really loved how the Chirp Access app made viewing the apartment and community super convenient, especially during Covid 19. The grounds and units were well kept and Kenya and Scott were both super friendly while walking us through the Chirp process with ease. Definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to settle in the Heights area!

RecommendedLiving at Camden Harbor View is really a place to call home! The staff and maintenance team have been the most professional and efficient with all our needs! Having the shops and restaurants nearby in Downtown Long Beach, including the Pike, Shoreline Village the amazing Queen Mary, the beach along with other great places at a walking distance has really been amazing! Not to mention the great weather!!! Thank you Camden!

RecommendedI enjoy living here and the staff has been great with communications. Maintenance has been ongoing since moving here as the facilities age and any problems arise. We’ve had repaving, landing replacements, and other major work done to keep the place up to date. The units themselves are neutrally decorated and have all the features one needs to be comfortable. Main amenities are pool, gym, clubhouse and off-leash dog park. And the location is great for me.

RecommendedShout out to the concierges! They're seriously some of the nicest, happiest, most helpful people. The complex has a lot to offer. The floorplans are spacious for a great price downtown. Unfortunately it just ended up not being the community for me. I wanna thank Jacob and the leasing office team for all their help.

My recent move hasn’t been as smooth as the others but I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without Yariana. Yariana has helped me and supported my every step in each move at Camden Bay.
