No one answers the phone and maintenance never explain the problem they do half the work. Also you can never get anyone in the office to talk the door is always lo to anyone Service is horrible
I don't recommend living here, but if you must make sure to a very detailed search or entire apartment inside and out and open anything that can open Plus if it sinks it's either mold and rotten wood and sheet rock and panel that's bad period.
