Im usually not the type of person to write reviews, but my experience with this practice was one for the books. Unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option so I had no other choice but to give 1 star. I came to this practice to get fitted for orthotics. I was personally told by Jennifer Berlin that my insurance ONLY covers orthotics if I am a diabetic (which I am not a diabetic) and that I need to pay almost $500 for orthotics directly to the office. I visited this practice in January, waited 1 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment time, then got a refund and left. TIME TO FIND A NEW PODIATRIST! I was dumb enough to go back to the practice this morning (7/15/2020). I had to use vacation time for this appointment and, again, I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT FRUSTRATION! I had the second appointment of the day at 945AM. I went to the examination room at 1000 and waited 45 minutes longer before the doctor came in, just as I was putting my shoes on. Camden County Foot and Ankle Associates does not care about their patients and overbooks their schedule. They care about the $$$ and not about the patient's time. The best part of my most recent experience was i got to see the dog. Other than that, it was a total sh**show. I don't know why I made an appointment. When I arrived at 110 PM for my 115 PM appointment, I felt there would be an issue because the waiting room was full. From there, though, the room thinned out until around 1:50 PM.
