The people who work here are absolutely the most kind and helpful people! While touring the complex Heidi was extremely knowledgeable about the complex and surrounding area. She made the apartment shopping experience fun and less stressful. I also met Jay who was very nice and helpful to all my many questions as well. Just moved in Saturday afternoon and had a few checklist items that needed attention. Everyone from the management, front office, and handyman Jay have been a great experience. Very happy with our choice of apartment home (sight unseen before moving in)! Great location too!
I toured Camden a while ago and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up renting somewhere else that was closer to my job but if you want to live downtown this is the place to rent! Great staff and convenient location.
Great location great staff secured and friends staff and neighbors everyone is respectful and from what I can tell the motorcycle someone complained about alarm has been fixed since I've never heard it the only thing that's not that great is the 100$ cox cable and wifi fee that is part of your rent since I don't have time to use the cable it kind of sucks I have to pay for it but besides that no other complaints walls are nice can't hear anything from the occasional cars outside but that's only more noticeable with your wind... read more
Bryan Robert the maintenance supervisor is fantastic. He hung a tv for us within an hour of us asking him to. And he was extremely patient as my girlfriend and I disagreed over how heigh to hang it. His diligence and customer service skills were amazing and it was all complementary! Wonderful staff and a great place to call home!
Worst place ever!! They are constantly changes things and it just keeps getting worse. The Office no longer accepts packages and you cannot have any guests park without notifying them. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!
