Over all the south tower is great Drs are great some nurses in ICU are very slow at answering patients call lights and don’t say their busy cause it took 15 minutes before they answered my love because I was there happened several times and the nurses were in middle area of nurses station laughing and caring on which is crap considering we traveled 4&1/2 hours to get here. The nurses at this hospital have no answers to anything except I don’t know. The doctors do not even have the decency to show up and give an explanation or answer any type of questions . We have found pills in the bed for seizures and blood thinners that the nurses are not making sure are taken at night, so now my brother is sleeping here through the night to make sure my dad is taken care of properly. Heard Camden Clark nurses being extremely disrespectful while they were out to eat on their lunch break at a restaurant today. Treated server poorly and I could hear them blaming her for the wait on their food when it was very busy and they came on a time limit on their break. Then I could hear them laughing about not leaving tips. The nurses at Camden not only treat patients at the hospital poorly but people outside of the hospital on their break. Had a recommended stress test through Dr Gnagy. Very expensive & many payments to go. Would you believe no one from Dr Gnagys office has followed up on the results for 2 months now? WVU??? Did you know if one goes to Morgantown & sees a Dr. that they come right to you & explain the results? CCMH is going to do nothing but take WVU’s reputation down. Wouldn’t send my dog there!!

07/11/19 I went to this hospital, for a kidney stone. I had this pain for about 2 days prior before being admitted. After being admitted, I was informed that evening that my surgery for my condition would be the following day. As a good little soldier, I went along with their scheduling of the surgery. I was woke up at 3am that following day from my IV bag, being completely drained and the nurse was too lazy to take a break from playing FB games at her station to replace the IV bag. I had to pay a bill that my secondary insurance was late paying. After I paid 185.00 the insurance paid 3days later. Camden Clark held my refund Ransom for another physician bill that ac curd a month later for 20.76. They never billed my secondary ins which would have paid this until i called 4/22/2019.
