I'm so happy to return to the care of Teresa Phillips. I left her care because being from Belpre, I thought that I should transfer my care to the facility that is in my hometown to be supportive and to simplify things. It was a bad decision for me and it's like comparing apples to oranges. So I returned to Ms Phillips because she is kind and compassionate and takes the time to listen.
