Such a horrible experience at this office. Office Staff not friendly and Teresa Phillips should not be a doctor. She doesn’t have a clue on some things. She’s very unpleasant and treats you like she doesn’t care. I’m looking for a new endocrinology office because I will not be treated disrespectfully by a doctor.
The staff and nurses are very wonderful but the doctor I have and i was talked to like i was in uman and treated very badly the doctor had bad attitude and still didn't get what I needed from there and thanking of not going back that im that upset!!!Tried to too tell my milligrams of med but she didn't listen and was filled wrong and needed 2 other prescription and didn't even get them and I've never had such a bad experience in my life and doctor's don't talk to you how I was treated but SMH!!!
Theresa was amazing. She did a diabetic foot exam as well. She was very thorough.
