At the moment it sucks husband is suppose to have surgery at 11am and it is now 2pm and nothing yet this is such bullshit he hasn't ate or drank anything for over 12 hours and this is how they treat people and I will be putting in a complaint after all this over with..he even asked nurses did they forget about me they said no just a lot going on yeah I see a lot of sitting on your asses not doing a damn thing but socializing about what they are going to do this weekend..total BULLSHIT!!!
I was appalled at the amount of time I sat in the lab waiting room today!!! Got there around 11:20. I was told the beeper I was given would ring and I should look at the screen and it would tell me where to go. At 12:40 it rang and I gave my info to one of the clerks. She told me it would ring when it was time for my blood test. Well I walked out of your lab at 1:30. I was told it was your new pager system that caused this problem. It was wall to wall people in the waiting room. Something needs to be done!!!!
You don't get good care,they treat everybody like their junkies and don't take the time to give ANYBODY quality care. The staff and doctors are very rude! I plan on never going back there and I advise everyone I know not to either!!! Camden Clark Medical Center is bogus!!
