It all starts at the front desk with Lem. She's spot on to help you with necessary forms, etc. Plus, she's actually nice! Then Dr. Ben has the demeanor of an old friend who is there to help with a good dose of humor. He's taken care of my wife and I for several years now and through some physically challenging times. You really can't go wrong giving them a chance to straighten you up
