Never again. Take your money a street over any direction and you'll get better quality and service. We've been in contact with the front office for month about an aggressive neighbor, filed police reports and noise complaints, and they refuse to do anything. The only thing they offered was to move apartments, when we're a few months out from our lease and would just be a ploy to get us to sign a new agreement. In Response to maintenance appreciation week. I wanted to say anytime I've had a maintenance request it has been handled quickly and efficiently . The maintance staff is always in a jolly mood. They smile and waive when you see them out. They take great pride in there work from what I see. I am very happy I get to call Camden Chandler home.
We moved into Camden Chandler in early May 2017. We were living in another apartment community that we enjoyed, however, there are 3 in our household (3 adults) and our space was too small. From the moment these were built, we always wanted to live here. On a random day, my partner and I dropped in as we wanted to see the 3 bedroom town-home floor plan. I just moved in and I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love the pool and the gym. Having free protein powder was a nice surprise when I went to the gym for the first time. My husband and I got one of the townhome style apartments, which is really great because it has an attached garage. I would definitely recommend moving here if your looking for a place with gorgeous amenities and a garage!
