Toured here. The place is stunning. The apt models are updated and flooring is really nice. They are big on making sure that every corner of this place smells amazing. I'm looking forward to staying throughout my lease and enjoying the amenities. It's also relatively easy to move in because the elevators are conveniently located and they have a special loading area with its own elevator.
I would not move in here. The management is nice until anything has to do with money. The manager, Sam Roghaar, does not care about the residents. You can be living here for 2 years and loyalty does not matter because any sort of money grab they will get you with. Also make sure you read the fine print, Sam will not let you know about extra fees.
I was dropping off an order for instacart at this location and I was very impressed. The appearance was beautiful, the front desk lady that assisted me was very friendly and the hallways smelled of fresh cut flowers which is something I enjoyed and don't see in many of the places I deliver to. Based off of these elements, I would definitely lean towards it being a great place to stay.
