This is such a beautiful community! The office and maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly! This property is super clean, well kept, and all of the apartments are super updated. I love that the pool is open all year round, and you get awesome mountain views. it's located right by the light rail, so it makes it so easy to get down town!
Camden Belleview Station is a beautiful community and very quiet! The community is very well maintained also.
I have previously lived at Camden Belleview Station and loved the community. I had gorgeous mountain views and my balcony overlooked the year round pool! The fitness center had everything I needed and more. Being so close to the light rail was a huge plus. It made traveling to downtown Denver so easy. This is by far the best community I have ever lived at.
I just moved to Denver and am happy with my decision to live at Camden Belleview Station. The property is close to all the retail, restaurant, movie theater, and grocery store locations that you will ever need. It is also extremely close to the light rail which makes hitting downtown really easy. I appreciate how helpful and kind the office staff has been and the maintenance staff knocks out your work orders quickly which is highly appreciated. I have lived here for two years now and I can honestly say that it hasn't been a bad experience overall. The office staff does their best to provide quality service to the large amount of residents who live here. I would suggest they hire more office staff to help with the high demand. I'm not saying that the experience has been perfect (fire alarms going off randomly multiple times) but it's not the office staff's fault. They can only control so much and the building is getting up there in age and with that comes some maint... read more
