Overall I like the place but I will break my lease if I keep seeing bugs. Be prepared to live with bugs. I've seen more bugs in the week I lived here than I did at the last place I lived for 5 years. There was no preventative treatments done before I moved in. I had to throw away my food because of ants and lots of them. Staff is cool so far. Maintenance is a little slower than I'm used to. There are also roaches in the common area hallways...it's so embarrassing and they don't really take in seriously it seems. I had to put... read more
I just moved from Florida and I feel like I’ve been living here for years... everybody is friendly, the staff is super helpful and always ready to help me out... so far so awesome!

I really feel like the leasing office makes or breaks where you live. We have rented from 3 other places in Ballantyne and Camden, by far, has the best leasing office we have ever had. Celine, Mackenzie and Elizabeth are all amazing. They go above and beyond to help with any problem. They are there for you and make your problems theirs. The apartments are amazing, but the leasing office is spectacular.
