The staff at CAMCO is nothing short of phenomenal. They work around the clock to ensure professional customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of working with CAMCO and will hold all future business transactions to the high standard they have created. When dealing with HOA, they work diligently to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all homeowners. Kathy, the property manager I dealt with, was available around the clock and always willing to answer any questions/comments/concerns I had. 10/10!

poor customer service. the manager is incompetent to handle real issues. Supports hate and discrimination. I have to deal with harassments and hostile behavior.

The worst management company I ever dealt with. Camco management is definitely not supporting the interest of the community I leave in. I would say other way around, they do everything they can to turn people against them. The property management is incompetent, lots of billing issues, not enough funds in the community budget. From time to time they will send you late payment charges even if you are not late with your payments.
