Extremely rude. I did not appreciate receiving attitude from one of your employees. She was disrespectful and very short with me. If I can tell you're annoyed over the phone, you should not be in customer service. This is the first time I've had an HOA flat out refuse to communicate with a company the homeowner hired. First time i have had any management company hang up on me and refuse to give me help.

Sent a check in and it was received 12/20/2019....all I wanted to see is why it was not cashed. 1/28/2020, and 12 messages in, and not one call back????

Our community switched to CAMOC at the beginning of 2019. Incredibly frustrating to deal with in terms of payments. Told me I was signed up for automatic payments but then sent me a bill two months later saying I owed late fees because I was late on payments and not signed up for automatic payments. Eventually it was resolved but was way more work then it should have after I had never been late with a payment.
