DO NOT USE CAMCO INSPECTIONS. I recently hired Jim Camco to do a home inspection and he charged me $250 and looked at the home for less than 30 minutes. He barely checked anything in the house and missed several issues. His report was very short and offered no real guidance on the statue of the unit. He failed to check out the heating and air conditioning unit and missed the fact that the Heater was not functioning, was severely corroded and there was water damage near the unit.
