Century 21 hired this company to appraise the house we recently purchased. Do yourself a HUGE favor and make sure to use another company. They give OPINIONS, and then want you to get a "whole house inspection" somewhere else. Their oversight is going to cost us $14,000.
Pleasure to work with. He came out on a Friday to look at my home and I had my appraisal by the following Tuesday.
I scheduled this man to appraise my house. My wife let him in to do the appraisal. He called me to get payment, but had not completed the report. I have left a couple of messages to meet him to give him payment and pick up my report, but have not been called back. My opinion is that you should look elsewhere for an appraisal.
I scheduled an appointment with this man to come out and do an appraisal on my house cause I want to buy the house from my landlord, so he came out and did the appraisal and charged my $300 and said he would get it to me within the next couple days I said that was fine well it's been over a month now and no appraisal, I've called numerous times and text him a couple times and no response so needless to say this church going fellow scammed me out of my money, so please beware of this man he will scam you too
