This HOA can be hard work, over the years I've observed staff do not stay for long but the reason for me actually writing this negative review is the young lady I spoke with just now I had to repeat myself more than twice to her questions, she gave me inaccurate information/explanations and to make it even worse of an experienced when I confirmed my frustration to her incompetence of having to repeat myself she hung up on me and never unfortunately did she provide her name either. The CEO of Camco & assessment debt collection agencies Hampton & Hampton, NAS, UAR & he is also an engineer & at HOA meetings. They also are a fiduciary in charge of construction payment, oversight, and insurance for HOA. One fix can become a nightmare because it's their endless source of new revenue.
Never hire this company to manage your HOA, ciomplete incompetence is here. Outdated systems cannot make electronic payments, get with the 90’s, no response from complaints. Horrible!
