Never hire this company to manage your HOA, ciomplete incompetence is here. Outdated systems cannot make electronic payments, get with the 90’s, no response from complaints. Horrible!

Terrible service from the front desk receptionist who answered my call and could not handle my inquiries. He sounded super "gay," argued with me, and hung up my phone call. Why gay work and dislike customers........
Places really a third-party of a fourth party you can’t even make a payment over the phone with them charge me 6 months hoa fee because I was late less then 30 days because my wife passed and and I was unaware of two HOA companies you have to pay tried to contact them to see if they would give me a credit and understand and they just act like vultures.
Attempting to setup auto pay for HOA dues for a new client. Jose was extremely disgruntled, short tempered and rude. I asked that he repeat the email address that I gave him because we have had others not take down the correct spelling of my company's email address causing some great confusion, delay's and a whole lot of frustration and anxiety due to the other person's negligence. Jerk hung up on me mid sentence.
