This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. They told me to get the early. The receptionist was extremely rude! She was in her lunch break and couldn’t be bothered to be nice. Dr. Machado was extremely rude as well. Basically, without saying it, because I didn’t have insurance that they weren’t for me. When I asked a question he laughed at me. Was seen extremely late today they close for lunch 12:30 to 1:30pm and I was told to come 15-20 early to check in only for the doors to be locked .. security told me to “go get a drink or something.” After driving from Stratford appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm!!!!!!!!!
Dr Felton is one of the most professional and kindest Dentist, the office was clean and the staff is courteous.Highly recommend ⭐️
