Dirty dirty dirty ER rooms. Been in at least 2 different ER rooms an there was little trash on the floors. Needle tops, medicine tops. Little plastic pieces an used alcohol prep pads. I Picked at least 7-10 items off the floor to keep my 1 yr old from getting them. My baby was there for over 5 hrs an one nurse refused to give him any snacks I asked her if she had anything for a 1 yr old an she rudely told me no (the nurse was on schedule around 12:30am. ) only one rude nurse an the rest were sweet..
I’ve been here twice, and it has easily been our best ER experience! Last night I took my daughter in for what ended up being a sprained wrist. Check-in, triage, X-rays, exams, and treatment only took 2 hours! Every single person was so kind and helpful. We’re grateful to have this ER as an option!
The staff and the Doctor were so nice to my husband and I. Thank you!
