They literally do not answer the phone at all nor do they return phone calls. My pcp and I have tried for TWO MONTHS to get someone there to answer. They don't. They send every call to voice mail & never return any.

I have called several times in the last 2 weeks for an appointment. Dr Cox has done both my knee replacements. And I need seen for my shoulder. Since I can't get a call back for appointment. I will be finding another doctor.

Came to their facility for walk in hours listed online. We had been to urgent care and got x-days and told my husband had a fibula fracture. Upon arriving at CAMC ortho, the woman at the front desk asked if we had an appointment. We told her we did not, that we were there for a walk in. She immediately seemed annoyed at our presence. They never said “we do not take walk ins”. She asked us to sit down and wait. Then, she opened the window and asked for my husband’s (the patient) name and date of birth. I have been a patient here since March. 2023. Dr. Cox, his PA, Chris, and the staff are all competent and caring.
