This is false advertisement. I called to see if I could do a walk in because my left knee got twisted or something is wrong soft tissue wise. Receptionist said they only take fractions. I have suffered with knee pain for 7 years and now I cant bare weight on my left knee. It should not take 7 years to get an appointment or MRI, especially if the condition suddenly got worse. Here, Thomas or CAMC northgate will NOT take walk ins unless you broke a bone. Well for that you can go to an ER or other walk in clinics. Stop lying to... read more
The staff and PAs are very kind and friendly. They always make the pain in my hip and knee go away. Very kind and gentle PAs and staff here. Really good atmosphere.
