They want to schedule appointments for you but wont answer the phones for you to reschedule it. I called multiple times for 3 days straight to get ahold of them NO ANSWER!!! Thank god I'm moving
Very efficient and professional.
My doctor went on maternity leave so I was assigned a new doctor without being told, and they also changed my appointment without telling me. The morning of my Telehealth appointment I was called and told that their system was down and that they would call me back to reschedule. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. I have been calling trying to figure out who my doctor is and when I can be seen, without having my calls and messages returned.
