They want to schedule appointments for you but wont answer the phones for you to reschedule it. I called multiple times for 3 days straight to get ahold of them NO ANSWER!!! Thank god I'm moving
Very efficient and professional.
My doctor went on maternity leave so I was assigned a new doctor without being told, and they also changed my appointment without telling me. The morning of my Telehealth appointment I was called and told that their system was down and that they would call me back to reschedule. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. I have been calling trying to figure out who my doctor is and when I can be seen, without having my calls and messages returned. The staff that checks you in goes slower than frozen molasses. As well as being condescending and blatantly ignoring that the patient already signed all the forms in a required procedure of signing in online, ahead of time. To prevent exactly this. The child at the desk, is equally unhelpful, and doesn't know how to answer a phone. Oh but wait! There's more! The waiting room nurse is supposed to magically know when their patients are there, seeing as they refuse to talk to anyone. The room covers 3 departments. And I haven't... read more
