I have been seen by Dr. Musil and his staff! The MA was great- I believe her name was Dersha. She did a great job at getting bloodwork and was very caring. Dr. Musil and Dr.Beasley were both very courteous and took their time. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a family provider!
Each person in the office impress me with their professional but friendly character. I am 69 and have never had a more wonderful family physician.
The Family Center’s staff has been the best. And Pattie has been extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I starting going to Dr. Boris Getman and the man saved my life. Then he referred me to Dr. Grace Walkup and she has played a vital role in my health. I cannot thank you for all of your help and kindness and patience. I have a artificial heart valve and they got me a meter and my blood count has been perfect thanks to Dr Getman and Dr Walkup. I will forever be indebted to these doctors, a debt I can never repay. Wonderful. Love my doctor, he's the best, very professional, always keep's in touch. Never have to wait, always calls after appointment.
Be warned - this is a teaching hospital - you will see residents who are completing their education. This is good and bad. The good is that they take their time talk to you and are generally very friendly. The bad, they are constantly cycling through doctors and there will be absolutely no follow through. Anything I have had done here I have had to chase them down to get test results. If they make a mistake they will not admit and will not ever call you back to resolve it.
