dr Hyre is great!!!! but the office is VERY unprofessional. they rarely answer calls (especially in the morning) they scheduled my appointment 6 months later for a back tooth that was causing me so much pain i couldn’t even work, even though my dentist said this is an emergency surgery!!! i was very understanding and waited my time. the day of the surgery the office called and said they couldn’t do it that day because my covid test wasn’t exactly 3 days before. I can't say enough good things about these people and their services. Dr. Horswell, Dr. Kloostra, Tonya, and everyone else on staff for that matter is remarkable and very good at what they do. In fact, almost everyone (95%) of the entire staff at this CAMC campus (Women's and Children's Hospital) were fantastic. first, their billing department sent me a bill for the amount I paid out of pocket at the time of the surgery. I called and complained and they said it was corrected in their system. Then they sent me to collections and I had to prove to the collection company that I paid it. Next, my implant broke three years after it was put in. I called to inquire how to get it's removal and replacement covered and they did nothing other than tell me to call the manufacturer and sent me my records. I had wisdom teeth removed and they did a great job. Everybody was polite and professional. I appreciate the referral to the family doctor.
