Did not send what was necessary to Cleveland Clinic and we drove all the way for nothing! Even took a backup disc. Incase they didn’t get it there electronically but what we SPECIFICALLY requested was not on backup disc and Doctor could not help us! Waste of time!!
They are fast and polite and super easy to work with.

Don't expect anyone to answer the phone. I've been on hold and left callback numbers for days now. Still no call back. Been trying to receive records since 9/17/25. It's now 10/20/25 and I can't even get someone to answer the phone or call me back.
