The docs have been attentive , its the other staff ...not all .....that needs to get on board with the rest.
Have cancer? They don’t even answer the phone half the time. When they do, it’s 10 rings and you go on hold. Then hope you don’t get disconnected. I’d really appreciate a phone call from Bev Farmer.

What an AMAZING place!! I had an incredible care team. Dr. Raja, his nurse practitioner, the techs who administered my treatments...even the ladies and gentlemen who just came and got me in the waiting room AND the receptionist. Everyone I came in contact with were a major part. The young ladies at the door keeping us safe by screening for COVID-19. THANK YOU!! There was not a single moment that I ever felt uninformed. My Mom had Cervical Cancer. They told her it went to her liver and nothing could save her. Sent her away. Didn't even do a scan for two months. Finally we got her to WVU and she didn't have Cancer in her liver. An we were told them two months they put off giving her any treatment could have made a big difference in the outcome. Unfortunately we lost her to CERVICAL CANCER! 6 MONTHS AGO. Mind you she was told it had spread to her liver without a scan being done.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
