Alexa and staff are a downgrades from prior employees. I’ve had multiple things STOLEN out of my apartment because of “new” maintenance. I am still currently finding new things they have stolen. Im a single woman and besides myself MAINTENANCE is the only people who leave my apartment with valuable items missing. After living here for 4 years, Alexa and the staff are ruining the true community of the apartments. Very good and very pleasant! Mrs Alexa always gets what ever I need right on time I am very pleased.
I love Alexa she has made a major difference in the front office I love how helpful she is and she is truly so sweet and kind she is by far my favorite leasing manager since I have been in this apartment and she helps me with my every need!
