Parking attendant/gate troll on a massive power trip - disrespectful and aggressive towards women. Lot was fine.
I purchased a spot at this lot ahead of time and was turned away because they oversold the spaces and the lot was full. There was a line of cars behind me who had all prepaid for parking spots as well, so clearly they don’t make any attempt reserve the spots people get in advance. I got a refund, but this is a nightmare if you have somewhere to be and you’re expecting to have the parking that you paid for.
This lot at 438 Green Street is selling spaces they are not able to deliver. I booked through SpotHero same day, and was turned away when I arrived. Unfortunate, unreliable lot!
20 bucks for 12 hrs, can't beat the price and can't complain at all. Parking is smooth and easy, just arrive and leave. There is an attendant to check your reservation. There is no re-entry though and place is not covered and protected from nature.
