Rude people I would not recommend this place
These are the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. It's by KU hospital so you'll hear ambulances at all hours of the day&night. Also it's right by the fire station so you'll hear fire trucks at all hours of the day&night. They had sent out letters that they were hiring security but never did. I lived on the 2nd floor facing the street and on 2 separate occasions had someone climb on my balcony. They were checking the sliding doors to see if they were unlocked. I have lived in the apartment for almost 3 years and I really like here. The current manager Rhonda is very kind and responsible, she always responses to us very quick. The apartment is located right next to KUMC which is very convenience for me and my roommate to go to school there. It is very spacious in each unit and has good maintenance service.
