I have a 2024 Taos. One of the keys that came with the car stopped working. Called and was told to come in for them to "code" the key, whatever that means. Brought the car in, and either the service manager or someone in service made me feel extremely unwelcomed, saying I could have bought the key online or whatever (I didn't, it's a brand new car). Purchased our new 2024 Tiguan this past week. Our salesperson was Alexis. Alexis defies the old stereotype of a car salesman. Honesty, integrity and knowledge which she eagerly passes on. Obviously loves her job and made the process fun for us. Spent time going over all the features which was much appreciated and has followed up with us. Simply the best car buying experience we’ve had.
