The side view mirror of my Golf wagon popped off in a mishap. The dealership service person Eric helped me immediately, (THANKS ERIC!) - he tried to reinstall it right away. Unfortunately it was damaged so he took the time to temporarily tape it in place while I ordered the new part from the parts department. When its here, painted and ready, they will notify me. Overall a great experience. (Aside from the cost of the part - But thats another matter!)
We were very impressed with this dealership when we went to them this week to purchase a new vehicle. Ben Le was our salesperson and he was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgable and personable! Jamal Osman was also very helpful and patient in discussing our options with the warranties and protection plans. The dealership itself was clean and any staff we encountered were friendly. Very happy with our choice of vehicle and dealership!
If you need a new VW, go see Ben! I was helping a friend out to get into a new vehicle, and Ben was very understanding and helpful when it came to working out the right deal for our situation. Very transparent and trustworthy to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very personable. Just picked up my new 2026 GTI. Fantastic experience from start to finish. From the very first email, to the first in person meeting, Alexis was awesome.
