*response to GM* Hi Mr. Fusco - Thanks for your response, but it is factually incorrect and misleading. 1. i have email records timestamped Nov 7 showing we agreed to Nov 10. We did not make last-minute changes that justified a delay; we gave you ample time. 2. even if you only license vehicles 24 hours in advance, your team had from Nov 7 to Nov 10 to prepare. Had an amazing experience with Cambridge Volkswagens, Keri Murphy last week. My daughter needed to get her Jetta safetied and ready for the road with any repairs and Keri and her team were so on the ball to make sure it got done in a quick but professional way. WARNING ⚠️ DANGER!!! Do not purchase any vehicle from Cambridge VW. You will regret any and all dealings. Incompetence and criminal like behavior - you will have no luck distingushing between incompetence and slight of hand. I recently purchased a new car, and Ben was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all. He patiently showed me several options based on my preferences and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
