Recently purchased a VW Taos at this location - had the most pleasant experience. I was looking for the second family car, was helped by Ben. I really appreciated his approach: friendly, professional, confident is what VW is and what it isn't. He made an impression that he was trying to find a solution to my problem, and not to sell me a car. My timeline was compressed (needed the car quickly), and the team was able to deliver. Would definitely recommend to others.
been here a few times over the years. always had mixed results from the service department. The last time I was here, it took 3 separate visit for them to diagnose a issue with my muffler/o2 sensor. After the 3rd visit they said that the car would need a new diesel emissions unit totally around 7k. My car is old, so I thought the car reached the end of the road. This diagnoses had me stressing. 1/5 Stars: Unprofessional and Costly Service Negligence I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Cambridge VW. My e-Golf had an error that their team could not properly assess or fix because they lacked the appropriate tools for electric vehicles.During my conversation with the service personnel, she explicitly admitted that they had never even heard of this error on an e-Golf.
