Nice staff and place to stay
If you're considering renting at any of their properties, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with Cambridge Villas has been extremely disappointing due to poor customer service, lack of communication, and an unacceptable response to urgent maintenance issues. Our air conditioning has been having problems for nearly three weeks, and management was aware of the ongoing issues. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this apartment complex. Unfortunately, they failed me not once, but twice. The first issue was when I had an appointment to tour a unit. I arrived to find out that the resident was sick, and I wasn't informed ahead of time, so I was unable to see the unit. It would have been common courtesy to give me a heads-up, but instead, I wasted my time showing up for an appointment that wasn't going to happen. The second issue was even worse. Only been here a month but I have loved every minute of it! I have an amazing patio with tons of trees in the back, a train even comes through here but honestly it’s not loud just like a vibration. My kitchen is huge with tons of storage space. Everyone who has come over has mentioned how amazing it is and that it feels like a home, they always mention my amazing “yard” too!
