Only been here a month but I have loved every minute of it! I have an amazing patio with tons of trees in the back, a train even comes through here but honestly it’s not loud just like a vibration. My kitchen is huge with tons of storage space. Everyone who has come over has mentioned how amazing it is and that it feels like a home, they always mention my amazing “yard” too! I had an appointment to tour a villa scheduled on Saturday at 11 am and ended up waiting in the parking lot for an hour-no one ever showed up. I watched several other people try to access the leasing office without success, and they eventually left as well. If I had liked the villa, I would have signed a lease, but this experience was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
I will be living there soon it’s on my checklist and far away from my family and friends- I’m going to pay the rent up 6 months ahead I just need someone to call me back so o can do a physical tour
Lack of communication from the onset on the "premium" charge so ended up not renting after putting down a deposit. Took 4 weeks to receive my deposit back after countless calls, messages and conversations. Not once did anyone from the office call me back, or when we did speak call me back on a status update as they promised they would. I called the office 2x a week for 4 weeks, not once was there initiative or follow through on their end. Nightmare.
Christine has been very helpful and responsive during and after the move-in process. The villas are beautiful; finishes are modern and lovely with lots of storage. Love the proximity to W. Dodge Road and Village Pointe.
