Great price, but you get what you pay for. No serious issues with plumbing or electrical is a nice bonus. Overall quality of the construction, repairs and renovations is lacking. The building is very old, to be fair.
I really enjoy living here. The leasing individual (i donot know of their pronouns and i want to be respectful) is very sweet, logical and understanding. The maintenance individual (again i donot know their pronouns) is very sweet, thoughtful and great with your furry companions! . The reason for the 4 stars is that the washers dont wash the clothes well and it takes hours to dry one load of clothes so I go to spin laundry to do my laundry.
