I'm sure the apartments are great and management good as well. Sadly i recently got a fraud charge on my credit card for an apple iPad and the shipping address for this purchase(which I did not make) is 1720 12th Ave Apt 105. Police have been notified. I live in a completely different county and have no use for an iPad. If this thief or identity thief resides there....I may be waiting there to receive this package with my name on it despite not my address nor my purchase...
I don't actually live here, but do live in a surrounding house. This building sounds like an insane asylum with people yelling and screaming all day, and loud music. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, for Oakland standards, but this apartment building is a nuisance.

Some loser who takes out the trash likes to attempt to order around residents, as if anyone would listen to the guy who lugs around their garbage. Some people really need a hobby, or maybe just some self respect.
