I tired scheduling a tour for Monday at 4:15pm that was confirmed then I get a call from someone else that that tour is canceled then when I tried reaching out to them again the said it’s not canceled and it’s still scheduled for Monday then they get back to me again saying oh it’s canceled and no tour for Monday. No communication within there own tour guide people not knowing what tours and what time. Vary disorganized unprofessional
My roommate and I just finished a tour here and safe to say we're incredibly excited to move in. Paloma gave us an amazing tour she was so professional, ready for us right on time, and very knowledgeable. The townhomes are huge and have a great, spacious feel to them. We also got a look at the pools, which look super relaxing. Everything about the complex feels well-maintained and high quality. Highly recommend checking them out!
Robert, the lead of the field crew, is an incredibly honest and hardworking man. Any issues are solved very quickly and handled professionally. Beautiful and well maintained complex. Great place to live.
I get disturbed during day and night time from other neighbors I did complain to the manager many times but then there was no resolution and I decided to move out because I was working in the nights. I got very disappointed when I moved out, left the apartment cleaned and in a very good condition still I didn’t get back the deposit I paid at the time of leasing. The manager was very rude and disrespectful.
