I’ve been renting this property for the past 2 years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The apartment has an open, spacious bedroom. The bath has a large tub for which I was extremely grateful. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, etc, and overall never had an issue with the appliances. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to cafes, grocery stores, close to Burien Downtown, and SeaTac. The property management team is responsive. Moving is stressful, but Paloma helped make it easy on the move in part of the process. Keeping me updated throughout. Very friendly, communicative and understanding of our situation. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the exceptional service Paloma provided to us. My mother loves her apartment and living at Cambridge Square.THANK YOU so much it's greatly appreciated & never will be forgotten.
Excellent customer service from the property manager and maintainance staff. Neighbors are kind and quiet. The grounds are well maintained, clean, and safe.
I just move in this apartment living one month it's excellent place to live assistant manager Paloma and Manager Gaby was so helpful friendly professional and they did the job faster then I expected thank you Gaby and Paloma I highly recommend this apartments Cambridge it's so clean in and outside the maintenance is so faster the work orders was the same day fixing everything Thad was needed if you wanna live here Cambridge then than hurry.
