Robert, the lead of the field crew, is an incredibly honest and hardworking man. Any issues are solved very quickly and handled professionally. Beautiful and well maintained complex. Great place to live.
I get disturbed during day and night time from other neighbors I did complain to the manager many times but then there was no resolution and I decided to move out because I was working in the nights. I got very disappointed when I moved out, left the apartment cleaned and in a very good condition still I didn’t get back the deposit I paid at the time of leasing. The manager was very rude and disrespectful.
Nice and easy lease options, friendly staff, easygoing maintenance crew, and super nice apartments. Except the parking kind of isn’t the easiest, when you’ve got two vehicles and only pay for one reserved spot it can kind of get a little difficult finding tenant parking. But other than that it’s been a wonderful experience renting here
Paloma was very nice and helpful during the touring process. Assistance while website was down. Great customer service.
Older complex, no parking, and directly under the airport runway. The planes are so loud.
