As a previous resident, my advice is to look elsewhere. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. A tiny one bedroom is $1700+ a month. You also have to pay $100 roughly a month for utilities. You constantly have other people parking in your designated spot and the staff is consistently unavailable and does nothing. The property manager Paloma is very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. She made the move in process very easy for me. Of the two minor maintenance requests I’ve put in, they have got the stuff fixed the same day. The maintenance folks are very considerate and do it right. I’ve been renting this property for the past 2 years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The apartment has an open, spacious bedroom. The bath has a large tub for which I was extremely grateful. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, etc, and overall never had an issue with the appliances.
