I've been here coming up on 6 years now. The landscaping and the pond is really what sold me on the place. Very beautiful. Really enjoyed living here until recently. The rent just keeps going up and up, sometimes even twice a year. Going up $8 January 1, 2025 and as I am on Social Security will receive a $47 COLA raise. My rent will go up again because of that.
