Employees are very difficult to work with, front office employees are miserable and take there problems out on residents of the complex and blame pre existing issues on tenants. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
The girls in the office are awesome. They guided me through the entire process. I’m sad to read all these negative reviews because I do not agree. If you are honest and do your part they will get you in as soon as possible.
My wife and i called to the office to ask for a wellcare for our niece and the office staff just kept insisting that they dont give out information. They were rude and very uncooperative and refused to even take our niece's name so they can call the police. I would not recommend this place to anyone with this type of help they don't provide.
This location Staff are racist toward black people and minorities that aren’t white. I apply to their housing two years ago and they gave me a hard time keep telling me that there is always something need to be fix with my application however I fixed the issue and they come with a different issue. It seems that I’m not the only black person that they rejecting. I have reach out to both assistants and the supervisor at the location but seems that I can’t get the help.
