This complex is decent depending on your neighbors !! The outside is always nice and clean but the hallways are gross depending on your neighbors.!the parks are clean most of the time. The area is diverse kinda I wild say 60% white 6% black 10% Arabian and 24% mixed. Maintenance workers are awesome they are quick and keep everything clean. Office ladies are nice somedays. Women in the office are rude, when I went in to sign my new lease & add my newborn they told me I had to sign more paperwork but didn’t tell me it had a deadline or else I would be charged full market rent they never gave me any notices after I missed my appointment now I am being charged full market rent with low income & 3 kids, also maintenance is very rude .
