General manager **************************** is not a professional person to work with! Cambridge square is not a non-profit apartment complex. Paying $7000.00 to move into this place of mold and decay when it needs many repairs that they ignore and keep raising prices of painting when moving out a deceased family member, or your family. Having to contact code enforcement to get maintenance work done, as I had alerted them of the flood damage they kept ignoring to fix. The customer service at the front desk is horrible and the lady talks down to everyone!! Unfortunately my Aunt bought into this place and when she was taken to a Living Facility, her money owed was put into another persons account. The other person was knew my Aunt, but did not need to know her personal business (my Aunt's amount returned). Unfortunately there has been no apology to my Aunt which I requested, nor to the other parties involved. As explained to you in our September 19, 2019 correspondence, the bank transfer never reached the relative’s bank account because their account was closed so no personal business of your Aunt’s ended up in her relatives account.
