I have lived in this complex for almost 7 months and I have to say the management here have been wonderful anytime weve have had a problem or needed something maintained they are right on it. Apartment is very well maintained..nicely landscaped, new heating & air units, new laundry facilities, parking lot newly resurfaced, check smoke detectors and air filters periodically. Actually, I lived here for years and the managers are very nice! They do not allow IMPROPER swim attire because of the corporate office and because it does make the chemicals imbalanced and the pool guy comes weekly. I think it is just GROSE that some ignorant people allow their kids to swim in anything including non-waterproof diapers that fall apart in the pool and get caught in the drains and float in the water! Maybe these people should look up the city health dept. regulations for pools and educate themselves!
Harassing managers!No privacy!If you have a complaint, they take forever to fix it or they say they fixed it and you check and it still doesnt work! Kids cant wear floaties in the pool! Adults HAVE to wear "swimming attire" no shorts, t-shirts because they want to keep the pool clean, "chemically balanced" (they just dont want to clean the pool every other week like other apartments do)
