My name is IR and I am a tenant. SN the only people that have roaches are the ones that do not clean their apartment and there is a lot of them. I am speaking on what I see myself. People do not clean up after themselves and throw trash around but blame management. People you have to clean up behind yourself and your children point blank. I have zero issues with management . This place is disgusting and disrespectful beyond belief. My bathroom ceiling has had a persistent leak in it since I’ve moved in which maintenance has failed to address. They even renovated the unit and I still have the same leak. My kitchen sink consistently clogs with sludge due to other tenants above me throwing grease down their drains. The commons area is always full of trash and debris and is never cleaned. I’ve called and complained to the health department multiple times to no avail. The landlord even referred to me... read more
