I'd give it a 0 if I could. Since moving in a July of 24 it's been HELL! Was moved in when renovations started, into a gnat infested unit, spent over $100 to rid them Inc bombs, nothing worked! Called management repeatedly with maintenance and exterminator sent, gnats became more persistent. A month passed still gnat infested! The apt was to be renovated late Aug, but I insisted to be moved immediately because the gnats were driving me crazy and would now be on the kitchen stove, that was it! Been up here for years. The customer service from new management is absolutely terrible, so is maintenance. They all ignore your phone calls. The hallways in our building have been collecting dust, dirt for almost a year now. There is no cleaning crew up here like there was before, again, maintenance ignores you and so does management. It wasn’t like this before at all. The people before them had the decency to answer the phone and/or call back when you needed help with anything.
