This is not a bad place to live if you use it the way it is intended for, which is affordable housing to help those in need. The problem is that it is full of "lifers"... those people who move in and pay the $25 a month minimum and never move out, all the while, they scam the system. IE..not reporting that they have other people living there with them, most often who are employed, but never account for the income on their account.
