Stay away. This company increases rent by 100 dollars year over year and charges you frivolously upon leaving. Maintenance took over a week to fix a tub and they charge us for it on the way out. One good office worker, but pulled in every direction. Rest are hardly ever there. Stay away from this one. Another thing, no emergency maintenance. Number provided is just Pebble brook location. Living at Cambridge Square has been a truly great experience. The management team genuinely cares about their residents, and it shows in so many ways. They regularly host fun and festive events for almost every holiday, which helps create a real sense of community. My family enjoyed last year's Haunted House, and have so many great memories from it. I was even surprised with a birthday card delivered right to my door—such a thoughtful gesture that made my day.
