This place doesn't even deserve a 0. Staff is friendly & accomodating UNTIL you sign the lease, then they are impossible to ever get ahold of (multiple attempts via email, phone & app, over multiple days). Their excuse is that they have 4 properties & 600+ units to oversee. There is not an attendant on site in this leasing office, they are unable to keep it staffed. Tried to tour here twice and got an email reminding us and no one showed up.
This place doesn't even deserve a 0. The offices (Pebblebrook, Cambridge, and Highland Ridge) are NEVER staffed despite office hours being "updated" through the resident portal. If you rent here, expect to never be able to reach the office staff.
