I went to see Dr. Cambridge after sustaining a back injury at work. I had seen numerous practitioners, including massage therapists and chiropractors, but none were able to provide lasting relief. I felt defeated and couldn't see a way forward. Dr. Cambridge gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to manage—and ultimately eliminate—the pain in my lower back. After reading Back Mechanic and working with Dr. Cambridge, I'm finally on the path to a pain-free life. I highly recommend Dr. Cambridge to anyone struggling with back... read more

I should've written this review a long time ago as it's been over a year since I've visited him. I had a previous thoracic disc herniation a decade ago and a lumbar annular tear 4 years+ now. Both times I seen him, were very thorough (more than anybody I've ever seen.) and his work with Stuart McGill is obvious. Following the McGill approach has helped me tremendously, and following Edward's modifications on it and advice helped me manage my pain for years. He gave me HONEST advice and information that many physios and chiro... read more

A few years ago I spent a half day with Dr. Cambridge for a consultation on my pain issues. He had no rehabilitation ideas at all. I thought that someone with such credentials would be more helpful, especially because he charged me $1,200 for the consultation. He is a very nice man but short on ideas. I am happy to say that I am now pain free thanks to an excellent physio, a very experienced chiropractor and the unique offering of rolfing.

25 years of lower back pain Been to over 10 different "professionals" 1 visit (maybe 2 once he was able to think through the problem) Back pain decreased by 50% in 7 days and gone completely within 2 weeks. It's been 4 months now and I'm back pain free In fact I told him in my follow up that I feel weird now, he said that's because I haven't had a healthy back for 25 years and it's a new feeling He was right! Simple daily exercises for 8 weeks and now 15 mins of daily core exercises and I'm 100% in my lower back Now that I'v... read more

I went to see Edward Cambridge after a severe bout of lower back pain that began in November of 2021. I had previously visited a chiropractor who ended up aggravating the pain and left me unable to walk. I had extreme acute pain in my lower back that was persisting for months. At its worst, I could not leave my room and had to have food and water brought to me. Dr. Cambridge was incredible. He begins your session by gathering your injury’s history. He then diagnoses the seriousness of your injury and to assess whether you ne... read more
