Dr. Klein is a good, thorough dentist that takes great care with my teeth. The only negatives I have to say about him is he is slightly against prescribing painkillers, even for serious work. And he is really quite expensive. But he will take good care of your teeth.
Facilities and service are good. The doc and his staff are nice people, but somehow something often goes wrong with the treatment and you have to come back again to have it fixed... and again... and so on. Many procedures (e.g. putting in and adjusting crowns) are done by his assistant, Mandy, who is nice and seems competent, but her success rate (at least on my teeth) has been very poor.
Excellent work on a root canal - absolutely painless - but have had serious issues with the administrative team and feel that once I'd paid my money, there was no longer an interest in completing my other procedures; have been left "half done" on several crowns for many months now. Other than administrative issues, the doctor and his technicians are very nice and competent.
Over-treats and over-charges. Avoid! All too happy to do a root canal even when there is no reason to do so. Also, although this web site indicates that he is in good standing, he is currently on probation.
