They send you bill for the coming year directly, and make the bill looks like it is from government or local housing office (the bill states that even late fee will be applied in the future). And there is a form in that letter needed to be filled out. I make some research before I almost mail the check. It is just a small private company. Liar!
It won't allow me 0 stars so I had to put a 1. Cambridge "Management" is an absolute joke. I know, because they are the management company for the condo I own. If you have an association and need management, STAY AWAY from them. Sal is a liar who does not get back to you if you need something. You pay an excessive amount of money every month...and when they actually need to do maintenance to the property.....they send you an additional bill!!!!!!!
