This company is a complete nightmare. I paid for Internet last year through my HOA and they told me that there’s nothing they can do on their part. Since apparently I never got service last year to begin with my internet was turned off. My overhang on my roof is rotting and they told me again they’re legal team doesn’t want to deal with it. I am a resident of Richmond Park. Presently our community is going through some security changes. Long story short, Brian Blackwell is the administrator in charge of this system. The system has been upgraded completely electronically. I am not good at this type of computer task and it was driving me to distraction. The point Im making, Brian assisted me with such patience and kindness. I am truly grateful. I want everyone to know what a wonderful administrator he is. Thank you Brian.
Our community has only 16 owners and as a small HOA it was difficult to find a PM that would make us feel valued and important. Cambridge has done all of that and more. They are a great resource for resolving issues. Responsive to requests. Their portal is easy for our board members and owners to navigate. We are very satisfied and look forward to many years of a successful partnership.
Working with Sal and the entire Cambridge team has been great! Communication is always on point and making sure customers are taken care of is always top priority for them! I highly recommend this company!
