Our Association switched to Cambridge Management a year ago October. My experience with them over this last year has been nothing but POSITIVE. Reaction time from them has been A++++ . And always courteous . Every email has always been answered in a timely matter. Very Satisfied with their service !

I live in an hoa community. Although the hoa is useless. I’ve emailed countless times about my noisy neighbors who like to play music late at night and I’ve had to call the police multiple times and who have a third vehicle that isn’t allowed. That vehicle is now modded and is louder than ever before. The hoa has done NOTHING. I’ve tried to reach the higher up and get no help. Every email I sent I get no answer. Cambridge property management is terrible. Also, stay away from Winterpark Condos on Davis Blvd Naples Fl. The management is difficult to deal with and unresponsive. Also, do not buy in Winterpark I on Davis blvd as the association president is horrible to deal with and is very arrogant. He held up the sale of my condo due to a headboard being placed at the dumpster area.

I work in an industry where I often have to contact a management company. Many of them are non-responsive which is frustrating and forget they get paid by the owners. I moved into a community managed by Cambridge and I could not be more pleasantly surprised. They respond almost immediately. I primarily correspond with Danielle and Sal and both are above and beyond pleasant and helpful and really care. Both are very knowledgable about the community. They are a great asset and a credit to Cambridge Management.
