Real estate broker hung up the phone on me during our credit discussions. One of the most unprofessional brokers i have ever dealt with in my entire life. Would never recommend using these guys, terrible rapport and customer service. **Update 7/7/2018** The response to my original review was a blatant lie. So the fact that the owner feels the need to bash me is even more of a reason I would never rent from this company. I had the most wonderful experience with Cambridge portfolios and my broker Georgina Zala. She was helpful and communicative every step of the way. She wanted to make sure I got into my apartment and guided me on any questions I had. I am so grateful for all her help and for Cambridge portfolios and would recommend them to anyone looking to get into their dream place!
I got in contact with Robert after finding the apartment online. As an international student I didn't have much time to find an aparment and get the necessary paperwork done. Robert responded super quick, we had a showing on the same day and signed a day later. He made it possible to get me a short term lease and got me in the apartment even before the first payment was cleared. For the short term lease his service was pricy but I couln't be happier with the result.
