This is a challenging job on so may levels. Here is what we saw: Great teamwork, very noticeable teamwork Respect for each other and respect for us, the clients. They created a congenial atmosphere as they worked so it felt open and easy to welcome them into our homes for the weeks it took to complete the project. Cambridge came in between October to early December - and completed their full repipe of our domestic hot/cold water lines. Our 41 unit apartment building had been riddled with leaks and being on Strata getting this pushed through was huge. Mike came in and quoted a couple years back - and worked with our Strata to find the best options for us until we were ready to get the project going. My experience with Cambridge Plumbing Systems has been frustrating and riddled with miscommunication. During the initial Zoom meeting, the company president was insistent and dismissive, repeatedly saying, “We already went over this,” when I asked for clarification about the project. He assured me that the repiping would start on the 30th floor, meaning our units would likely be completed before Christmas. It is with pleasure that I write this review to acknowledge a company that did a complete replacement of our domestic water pipe system as well as replacing our complete heating system. This was a one stop shopping experience. All aspects of this project, cutting of drywall, installation of new pipes, closure of walls and ceilings, plaster, paint and everything in between, all handled by the in-house employees.
